If you are on a budget, you can find deals and save money at places like Ikea, CB2 and West Elm to name a few. You would be surprised what you can find at stores like Ross, Marshalls, Target, Tuesday Morning or your local consignment store.

The first thing you need to do when decorating or redecorating is decide on your budget, colors, and most importantly what you are keeping and what you are getting rid of.  Remember, more is not better.  To much stuff can make a home or room look crowded, cluttered and smaller.  Fresh modern living is more simple with clean lines and has an airy feel.
